Having a mpx support contract means that we will be available to help you resolve any potential issues you have in using mpx.
Support is provided via the partner you purchased mpx from, and we then provide 2nd level support if needed.
Regardless of whether you have support or not:
- In the first 3 months updates and bugs are fixed at no cost.
- You can use our support services
- We will do our best to answer all questions related to installation, setup and integration.
Support period
mpx includes support for 3 months from the purchase date. If you’re about to purchase mpx, you’ll have the option to purchase extended support, increasing the support period up to a maximum of 12 months from the date of purchase.
After the initial 12 months we offer an ongoing annual support contract.
Subscription Support
If you have taken advantage of our mpx license subscription where you are paying for mpx each month, then support is automaticly included for the life of your subscription.
What’s not included in our support contracts?
We don't cover any third party hardware or software and we also don't cover any changes made to the mpx Database or applications that have been done without our involvement.
